Lightly coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
Turn on the heat, and break 2 eggs directly into the skillet.
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Cover the skillet with a lid. Cook the eggs over low heat for about 3-4 minutes or until the egg whites are fully cooked.
