This sushi roll is perfect for a quick bite or lunch. Inspired by the Philadelphia roll, this smoked salmon sushi roll is fast and easy to make. Unlike the traditional Philadelphia roll, this recipe does not include cucumber, but you can always add cucumber slices or alfalfa sprouts.
Prep: 10 mins
Yields: 1 Serving
½ cup of cooked short grain rice (sushi rice)
1 tbsp. of seasoned Japanese rice vinegar
