Slow-Cooked Beef Brisket

Juicy, savory, and tender beef brisket made easy. A hearty dish that is rich in protein. This dish pairs well with cauliflower couscous and spaghetti squash.

Ingredients

1 medium onion, sliced 1 lb. of lean beef brisket, cubed 3 cloves of garlic, minced ¼ cup of frozen corn ¼ cup of canned beans ½ cup of mushroom 2 cups of beef, vegetable, or chicken broth 1 tbsp. of soy sauce 2 tbsp. of Worcester sauce 1 potato, cubed (optional) salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place and combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Set to cook on low for 6 hours or until the beef brisket is tender.
