Shrimp Scampi Skewers

A simple recipe for grilled marinated shrimp. Marinade shrimp for at least 15 minutes to fully absorb the flavor. Always store uncooked marinated shrimp inside refrigerator/cooler.

Ingredients

1 lb. of large raw shrimp, cleaned, peeled, and deveined 1 large lemon, squeezed 2 cloves of garlic, minced ¼ cup of chicken or seafood stock 2 tbsp. of olive oil ½ tsp. of dried or freshly chopped parsley pinch of chili flakes ½ tsp. of kosher salt ½ tsp. of ground black pepper

Directions

Preheat the grill over medium heat. Combine all of the ingredients together. Mix well. Marinade shrimp for at least 15 minutes in the fridge/cooler. Thread marinated shrimp on skewers. Place the shrimp skewers on a grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until shrimp turns pinkish and opaque.
