Ingredients
2 (3 oz) Filet Mignon steaks
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of garlic, minced
¾ tsp of fresh basil, minced
¾ tsp of fresh thyme, minced
¾ tsp of rosemary, minced
½ tsp of kosher salt
¼ tsp of ground black pepper
Directions
Making the rub: Combine garlic, basil, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Rub evenly over the steaks.
On a medium skillet, heat the olive oil. Add steaks to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
