Oven-Baked Salmon

French style salmon dish that can be ready in less than 1 hour. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This dish pairs well with cauliflower risotto, spaghetti squash, or salad.

Yields: 4 Servings


2 (6 oz.) salmon fillets, deboned 2 sprigs fresh rosemary 1 lemon, thinly sliced 1 tbsp. of Dijon mustard 1 tbsp. of olive oil 1/16 tsp. of ground pepper


Preheat oven to 400F. Coat salmon fillets with olive oil and Dijon mustard. Place the coated salmon fillets into a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle, evenly, ground black pepper on each fillet. Cover the surface of the fillets with lemon slices, and top with rosemary sprigs. Bake the seasoned salmon for 15-20 minutes or until fish is fully cooked in the center.
