Ingredients
2 (6 oz.) salmon fillets, deboned
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. of Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. of olive oil
1/16 tsp. of ground pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Coat salmon fillets with olive oil and Dijon mustard.
Place the coated salmon fillets into a shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle, evenly, ground black pepper on each fillet.
Cover the surface of the fillets with lemon slices, and top with rosemary sprigs.
Bake the seasoned salmon for 15-20 minutes or until fish is fully cooked in the center.
