Omelet in a Cup

An alternative breakfast omelet for your busy lifestyle. Fast and easy! Add cooked lean proteins such as diced chicken breast and peas to increase the nutritional value.

1 large egg

1 tbsp. of water

Pinch of salt and pepper

Cooking spray


1Lightly coat a microwave-safe cup with cooking spray.

2In a cup, beat egg, water, pinch of salt and pepper with a fork. Mix well.

3Cook in a microwave for 60 seconds or until egg is fully cooked.
