1 large egg 1 tbsp. of water Pinch of salt and pepper Cooking spray


Lightly coat a microwave-safe cup with cooking spray. In a cup, beat egg, water, pinch of salt and pepper with a fork. Mix well. Cook in a microwave for 60 seconds or until egg is fully cooked.
