Crunchy and crispy vegetable chips. Lightly seasoned with garlic, onion, paprika, and dash of salt & pepper. Best of all, it’s low in calories per servings!
½ bunch of kale leaves, stem removed, washed, and thoroughly dried
1 tbsp. of olive oil
1 tsp. of garlic powder
½ tsp. of onion powder
¼ tsp. of paprika powder
1/16 tsp. of salt
1/16 tsp. of ground black pepper
1Preheat oven to 275F.
2Line a large baking sheet with a silicone baking liner or parchment paper.
3Tear or cut the kale leaves into large pieces.
4In a large bowl, toss and combine all ingredients together with hands or tongs.
5Place a single layer of the seasoned kale onto the baking sheets. Bake kale chips for 20-25 minutes or until crisp.
