Curried Cauliflower

Simple cauliflower dish, seasoned with curry powder. For a smoother consistency, you can mash or blenderize curried cauliflower with ¼ cup of water/nonfat milk and add 1 tablespoon of butter/margarine, if desired.

1 head cauliflower, cut into medium florets 1 tbsp. of olive oil 1 tsp. of ground cumin ½ tsp. of ground cardamom 1 tbsp. of curry powder ¾ tsp. of kosher salt ¼ tsp. of ground black pepper Cooking spray to coat the baking sheet/dish


Preheat the oven to 375F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together. Mix well. Spray and coat a baking dish/sheet with a cooking spray. Place the seasoned cauliflower florets, spread into a single layer on the baking sheet/dish, and bake for 30-35 minutes or until tender.
