Simple cauliflower dish, seasoned with curry powder. For a smoother consistency, you can mash or blenderize curried cauliflower with ¼ cup of water/nonfat milk and add 1 tablespoon of butter/margarine, if desired.
1Preheat the oven to 375F.
2In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together. Mix well.
3Spray and coat a baking dish/sheet with a cooking spray.
4Place the seasoned cauliflower florets, spread into a single layer on the baking sheet/dish, and bake for 30-35 minutes or until tender.
