Ingredients

½ cup of low-fat cottage cheese 1 medium cucumber, diced 1 tbsp. of freshly chopped dill leaves ¼ tsp. of salt 1/8 tsp. of ground black pepper 1 tsp. of lemon juice ½ tsp. of freshly chopped mint leaves (optional)
