Ingredients
½ cup of sugar-free apricot preserves
1 cups of nonfat vanilla yogurt
½ cup of low-fat granola, preferably without raisins
Directions
Place ¼ cup of apricot preserves in each glass. Layer it with ½ cup of low-fat vanilla yogurt.
Top each serving with ¼ cup (more or less) granola. Serve immediately.
