Apricot Granola Parfait

Jazz up your boring and plain low fat yogurt with apricots and granolas. Quick and easy parfait that can be done within minutes.

  • Prep: 10 mins
  • Yields: 2 Servings


½ cup of sugar-free apricot preserves

1 cups of nonfat vanilla yogurt

½ cup of low-fat granola, preferably without raisins


1Place ¼ cup of apricot preserves in each glass. Layer it with ½ cup of low-fat vanilla yogurt.

2Top each serving with ¼ cup (more or less) granola. Serve immediately.
