Virgin Mary Mocktail

A new twist on the Bloody Mary without the alcohol. This simple mocktail contains tomatoes and lime/lemon juice.

  • Yields: 2 Servings


1 celery stick including the leaves

1 cup of tomatoes, diced

dash of salt

1/3 tsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp hot sauce or Tabasco

1 tsp lime juice or lemon juice

1 clove shallot or garlic, minced

1 ½ cup of ice cubes


1Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

2Strain the juice through cheesecloth.

3Adjust salt, lime, and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
