Strawberry Banana Protein Popsicles

Easy to follow instructions to make protein-enriched popsicles. This recipe is using premade clear protein drink. For creamier popsicles, you can substitute clear protein drink with 1 serving of vanilla whey protein powder + 1 cup of water/nonfat milk.

2 cups of fresh/frozen strawberries, washed and stem removed 1 medium ripe banana, peeled and sliced 1 cup of pre-made clear protein drinks of your choice


In a blender, blenderize strawberries until smooth. Strain strawberry puree with a fine sieve strainer or cheesecloth to remove seeds. Pour the strawberry puree back in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Divide the mixture equally in popsicles mold. Freeze overnight.
