Stage 2: Purée Diet

An easy fall recipe with canned pumpkin puree. You can substitute water with no sugar added apple cider for a more flavorful smoothie.
½ cup of nonfat milk or nonfat yogurt
½ cup of cold water or 5 ice cubes
¼ cup of canned pumpkin puree
1 serving scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
1/8 tsp. of ground cinnamon
1/16 tsp. of ground nutmeg (optional)
1In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
