5-minute shake to substitute the craving of sweets. This recipe is rich of protein and healthy fats. You can subtitle the peanut butter with almond butter.

Ingredients

1 scoop of chocolate flavored whey protein

1/2 banana, peeled and cut into chunks

1-2 tbsp of peanut butter

½ cup of ice cubes

½ cup of water or non-fat milk

Directions

1Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
