Stage 1: Liquid Diet

Easy recipe to make flavorful and calorie free beverage.
1 large lime, sliced
2 cups of cold water
½ cup of lightly packed spearmint leaves
1 package of no calorie sugar (optional)
1In a 1 quart glass container or larger, lightly mash the lime and spearmint leaves with the pestle.
2Add iced cold water. Stir well.
3Optional: add non calorie sweetener to taste.
