Blood Orange Sports Drink

This rehydrating drink is simple to make. If citrus is not your favorite flavor, you can substitute the blood orange with any kind of fruit such as pineapple, watermelon, strawberry, or mango. The possibilities are endless! Just don’t forget to strain the pulps and seeds for a smoother consistency.

2 cups of coconut water 1 medium blood orange, squeezed 1 ½ tbsp. of honey or 1 packet of stevia sugar Pinch of salt
