1 cup of blueberries, washed and cleaned
1 cup of blackberries, washed and cleaned
1 packet of stevia sugar
1 cup of low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
In a blender, blend blueberries and blackberries until smooth.
Strain the puree mixture for a smoother consistency.
Add stevia into the berries puree. Mix well.
Prepare the popsicle molds. Pour the berries puree, equally, into each mold, and topped with yogurt.
Freeze for about 4 hours or overnight.
