Stage 2: Purée Diet

Fruity, mildly sweet, and tangy frozen yogurt popsicles that are packed with healthy nutrients and benefits. For this recipe, you may need popsicle molds or other alternative variants.
1 cup of blueberries, washed and cleaned
1 cup of blackberries, washed and cleaned
1 packet of stevia sugar
1 cup of low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
1In a blender, blend blueberries and blackberries until smooth.
2Strain the puree mixture for a smoother consistency.
3Add stevia into the berries puree. Mix well.
4Prepare the popsicle molds. Pour the berries puree, equally, into each mold, and topped with yogurt.
5Freeze for about 4 hours or overnight.
