Berries Yogurt Popsicles

Fruity, mildly sweet, and tangy frozen yogurt popsicles that are packed with healthy nutrients and benefits. For this recipe, you may need popsicle molds or other alternative variants.

1 cup of blueberries, washed and cleaned 1 cup of blackberries, washed and cleaned 1 packet of stevia sugar 1 cup of low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt


In a blender, blend blueberries and blackberries until smooth. Strain the puree mixture for a smoother consistency. Add stevia into the berries puree. Mix well. Prepare the popsicle molds. Pour the berries puree, equally, into each mold, and topped with yogurt. Freeze for about 4 hours or overnight.
