Easy recipe for a healthy smoothie. One serving scoop of vanilla protein powder can be added into this recipe for more filling and creamier taste.
½ cup no sugar added apple juice
½ banana, peeled and sliced
½ cup skim milk or substitute with Greek yogurt
5 ice cubes
Sugar substitute to taste
1Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
