Easy and quick combination fruit and vegetable that is rich of vitamins. Great for breakfast, lunch or brunch.

  • Yields: 1 Serving

Ingredients

3 medium carrots, peeled

2 medium oranges, peeled and pith removed

1 scoop of unflavored whey protein (optional)

Directions

1Cut all the carrots and oranges into small cubes.

2Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Strain the juice through a cheesecloth.

3Add whey protein (optional). Mix well.
