Stage 1: Liquid Diet

Warm and calming chamomile tea. You can replace pre-made tea bag with loose chamomile flowers.
1 chamomile tea bag
1 tbsp. of lemon juice
1 packet of stevia or no-calorie sugar substitute
1 cup of hot water
1In a cup, add hot water and chamomile tea bag. Brew for 3 minutes. Discard the tea bag.
2Add lemon and stevia.
