Stage 2: Purée Diet

Healthy and refreshing green juice is super easy to make. For this recipe, you only need 4 ingredients; mango, cucumber, romaine lettuce and kiwi.
1 cup of mango, peeled and cubes
1 head of baby romaine lettuce, chopped
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
1Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
2Strain the juice through cheesecloth if desired.
