2 medium carrots, peeled

1 medium apple, cored

1-inch ginger root, peeled and chopped

1 tsp. of lemon or lime juice (optional)

1 package of stevia or no calorie sugar substitute (optional)


1Blend all ingredients until smooth.

2Strain the mixture through a fine sieve strainer or cheesecloth to separate fiber from the juice.
